In Shiga Prefecture, based on the Ordinance for Appropriate Leisure Use of Lake Biwa, to prevent noise pollution and other pollution issues, regulated zonings for pleasure boats is designated. Display buoy have been set in order to indicate the regulated zone clearly.

For this effort, Showa Denki Co., Ltd. has signed a naming rights agreement as part of its social contribution.
